This is seriously, full of shit.

"This house believes that developed countries should force developing countries to protect the environment by making it a condition of aid."

I am proposition. So the scenario goes like this.

developing country: HELP! natural disasters are now ruining everything we have partially built in our country! two hundred tornadoes, hurricanes, typhoons, whatever whatever are whisking the countryside away as we speak!

developed country: i barely need to lift a finger to help you, but you must tell your factory workers to remove all the CFCs from the styrofoam first, then maybe i will consider helping you

developing country: i regret to inform you that all our factory workers have been sucked into the tornadoes or drowned in the flood. our factory doesn't exist any longer either.

I swear they are picking fights on purpose.
